H – In the “Heart” of Wolfpack Country

H Street Kitchen is located in the “Heart” of Wolfpack country and North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. The location was a movie theater years ago but has be retro-fitted to accommodate multi-level dining.

CCB’s banquette seating and tables were utilized for this project.

Custom wall banquettes– uph ISB with a headroll detail, an uph seat & frame below,  custom shaped uph arms, and tapered wood legs.

CCB‘s “Designer Special” series was modified for single & double booths- narrow horizontal channel ISB, wood top cap and end panels in a custom stain color, an uph “big seat”, and an enclosed ABS base.

CCB’s table tops were produced in solid wood Ash random plank tops with a 1.75″ thickness.  Tables stained in custom colors.

No matter what college or university team has your “heart,” we think this location is worth cheering about.

Quiz- What do Posana Restaurant, J Crew, & CCB have in Common?

Posana Restaurant in Asheville, NC is focused on serving local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine.  They support the Appalachian Sustainable Agricultural Project (ASAP) and have even gone as far as to start their own urban gardens in West Asheville in 2015.

At CCB, we strongly believe in manufacturing in the USA and using environmentally friendly products and practices in our facility.

CCB’s product can cover multiple facets of your project- Homewood Suites

This week we are featuring seating, table tops, and table bases produced for Homewood Suites located in Worthington (Columbus,) Ohio.

Seating:

  • Banquette style seating constructed with a laminate and wood divider
  • Custom low back heights
  • Custom depths- overall and seating
  • Plain uph ISB’s w/ loose bolster pillows
  • Uph sinuous spring seats
  • Wood frame and legs with an enclosed wood base (custom stain color)
  • Uph frame and Black ABS base on the other side
  • Cut outs provided in the laminate and wood divider for electrical or data access (added and wired by others once on site)

Table Tops (Wood in 2 CCB Styles):

Multi- Species wood tops 1.75″ thickness in CCB Vintage stain with heavy “Farmhouse” distressing (round table tops)

Random Plank Ash wood tops 1.25″ thickness in CCB Black stain

Table Bases:

CCB’s Wood Column Base WCB-004, a turned wood column in a bamboo detail (A CCB exclusive) in CCB Black stain paired with a black metal disk base and spider for attachment.

West River Apartments- Why Live Ordinary?

CCB’s product is “more than just restaurant booths”  or for use in more than just restaurant style dining applications.

Take for example, West River Apartments located in Philadelphia, PA‘s “Wynnfield Heights” area.

CCB‘s “Appalachian” Series seating was produced for a resident recreation room which created an area to work on a laptop, catch up with friends, or a place to relax after working out in the adjacent space.

Hawaii might be closer than you think- Uncle’s Hawaiian Grindz

A taste of Hawaii may be closer than you thought.

Uncle’s Hawaiian’s Grindz is located in Fallston, MD has the cuisine of these flavors and a casual dining environment which includes CCB’s banquette seating and wood dining table tops.

CCB‘s “Designer Special” series was modified with a custom square channel inside back and with an uph’d end panel added.  The custom square channel detail requires the precision and the advanced skill set of our CCB Upholstery Team and due to its labor intensive nature does require a longer lead time. CCB produced single booths and long wall banquettes for this project- dining & bar heights.

CCB’s Multi-Species Wood Table Tops were produced in CCB’s Vintage Stain with “Heavy Farmhouse Distressing” which create quite a striking contrast to the modern seating details.

This week we are featuring a custom banquette produced for River Landing Retirement Community in Colfax, NC.

CCB’s “Designer Special” series was “given a boost” with some custom shaped uph arms to provide assistance to residents when sitting and standing.  A custom filler was added to the end of the banquette to align the adjacent walls and maximize the seating area available.

Who could resist a getaway like this?

The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club located in Kent Island, Maryland features overnight accommodations, places to dine, meeting spaces, a spa, and multiple venue choices for hosting a wedding.

This week we are featuring how CCB‘s seating has been utilized in spaces. Photos included are just a small sampling of all of the product produced for this project.

The Blu Halo- A project that comes full circle

This week we are featuring product based on custom radius shaping at 

The Blue Halo Restaurant & Bar in Tallahassee, Florida.

Halo: (noun)

a crown of light, a circle of light around the sun or moon caused by tiny crystals in the air.

CCB’s “Designer Special” was utilized to create custom radiused shaped seating for long wall banquettes w/ and w/ out backs.

Backless wall benches were constructed at bar height and metal foot rails were installed once the product was on site by others.

Seating was also utilized in singles and a 3/4 round booth.

A custom stain color completes this look on wood bases (backless wall bench) and the corner fillers (3/4 round.)

Add in the design elements of this project:  hanging crystals, blue and other accent lighting, along with the upholstery specs and you can see the complete evolution of this design concept which is quite striking!

CCB’s Seating- Historic St. Charles

CCB’s “Shop Special” Series seating has been given a home in Historic St. Charles, Illinois at Abby’s Breakfast & Lunch.

Abby’s is known for its breakfast and lunch menu that is complimented with an offering of cocktails, craft beer, and bloody marys.

CCB’s “Shop Special“ was modified to produce single and double booths as well as a long wall bench.

  • A wood top cap & straight end panel were added
  • ISB uph detail from CCB’s “Raleigh” series (stitching and large uph button)
  • Contrasting uph on button detail
  • Uph seat and frame w/ Black ABS base
  • Wood Stain- CCB Black

CCB’s WB-002 Waiting Benches were also utilized at the entry.

Rustic and Reclaimed looks takes “Center Stage” again in 2017!

Our customer’s cannot seem to get enough of this look, therefore CCB is expanding on our “Farmhouse” table tops by adding “Farmhouse” booths to be combined and known as our “Farmhouse Collection”.
