From Concept to Completion- The Tidewater Inn

There is nothing more satisfying than seeing our customer’s design vision come to completion!

This week we are featuring product for The Tidewater Inn, a historic luxury bed and breakfast  located in Easton, MD.

Custom product was produced based on concept images which included 2 banquettes with custom uph arms, ISB and seats with tight upholstery and welted detail, wood legs & stretchers as well as 2 curved backless benches with a tufted seat cushion and tapered wooden legs.

CCB’s product can cover multiple facets of your project- Homewood Suites

This week we are featuring seating, table tops, and table bases produced for Homewood Suites located in Worthington (Columbus,) Ohio.

Seating:

  • Banquette style seating constructed with a laminate and wood divider
  • Custom low back heights
  • Custom depths- overall and seating
  • Plain uph ISB’s w/ loose bolster pillows
  • Uph sinuous spring seats
  • Wood frame and legs with an enclosed wood base (custom stain color)
  • Uph frame and Black ABS base on the other side
  • Cut outs provided in the laminate and wood divider for electrical or data access (added and wired by others once on site)

Table Tops (Wood in 2 CCB Styles):

Multi- Species wood tops 1.75″ thickness in CCB Vintage stain with heavy “Farmhouse” distressing (round table tops)

Random Plank Ash wood tops 1.25″ thickness in CCB Black stain
(rectangular tops used with CCB’s Wood Column Bases)

Table Bases:

CCB’s Wood Column Base WCB-004, a turned wood column in a bamboo detail (A CCB exclusive) in CCB Black stain paired with a black metal disk base and spider for attachment.

CCB’s “Farmhouse” Seating- NEW

Rustic and Reclaimed looks takes “Center Stage” again in 2017!

Our customer’s cannot seem to get enough of this look, therefore CCB is expanding on our “Farmhouse” table tops by adding “Farmhouse” booths to be combined and known as our “Farmhouse Collection”.

Table Tops (Existing Product:)

  • Multi-Species  (Solid Ash, Cherry, Poplar, & Maple) 
  • Random Plank in 1.75″ thickness 
  • CCB’s “Farmhouse” heavy distressing techniques
  • Available in CCB Vintage (left below) or CCB Clear (right below) finish.

Booths:

  • 42″ Overall Height

  • Wood Species:  Solid Ash & Solid Poplar

  • CCB “Farmhouse” distressing on ISB, OSB, and frame (Heavy level of exaggerated denting, rasping of top and edges, distressing, chiseling, and pitting)

  • Ash & Poplar top caps, end panels, and frame below seat

  • OSB & ISB stacked wood planks of Ash & Poplar of varying widths and thickness

  • Removable foam padded sinuous spring seat

  • Black ABS base standard

  • Shown in CCB “Vintage” stain (recommended)

Please note that the booths are intended as being a complimentary “Farmhouse” look and not an exact match to the the table tops.

Wasting Away – Margaritaville

Recently we featured an elegant wine venue.  This week we shift to a casual atmosphere to show you how diverse CCB’s product line really can be.

Doesn’t it make sense to feature the Margaritaville Resort in Biloxi, MS?  It is that time of the year to celebrate……

CCB‘s “Stateville” Series was used as the basis for this seating style with some modifications to create this relaxed “t-shirt and flip flops with no worries” look.

  • Narrow uph channel on the perimeter of the ISB
  • Finished wood OSB
  • Uph seat and frame offset
  • Stained enclosed base
  • Custom stain color

CCB’s Shaping up!

Have you ever wondered how CCB is able to produce freestanding custom shapes as well as those built to align with shaped walls? Or custom shaped tables?

Yes, we have an incredible team of skilled people at CCB, but it’s also about precision and having the tools and equipment to be successful.

CNC Router

(Computer Numerical Control)

A computer that converts the design produced by Computer Aided Design (CAD) software into numbers.  The numbers map out the coordinates in a graph which controls the movement of the cutter.

CCB is excited to announce that we have purchased our 3rd CNC Router which will expand our current Router Department. 

We hope to have it up and running soon to help increase the efficiencies in our manufacturing process.  See more photos of our “New Toy” below.

This week we are featuring seating produced forEl Mariachi Family Mexican Restaurant in Taunton, MA. 

CCB’s “Standard” Series was modified to produce this seating:

  • Custom height
  • Roll over top uph detail (uph top cap omitted)
  • ISB with custom shaped head roll
  • Shaped wood end panel (replacing the typ. uph top cap)
  • CCB Cherry Stain
