Hampton Inn & Suites

This week we are featuring modern styled seating produced for Hampton Inn & Suites located in Fort Mills, SC.

Wall Benches:

  • Custom Height & Custom Depth
  • Uph ISB with large upholstered “push Buttons”
  • Custom uph end panels
  • 1 Piece “Big Seat”
  • Metal Legs with recessed ABS base

Did you know?

Wall benches are typically used against a perimeter wall, but they also can be used freestanding in a space to create a partition or divider between areas.

Wall benches allow for seating flexibility. Larger and smaller groups can be accommodated by shifting tables together and apart.

Upholstered banquette seating breaks up the monotony of tables and chairs and creates an ideal location to feature color and pattern providing a focal point in hospitality environments.

Banquettes of all shapes and sizes are being utilized in more and more projects beyond restaurants (hotels, building lobbies, banks, retail stores, medical facilities and doctor’s waiting rooms, athletics stadiums, residential kitchens, home theaters, game rooms, etc.)

Thank you to Hospitality Furnishings & Design and our CCB Sales Representatives, Jay Dickinson and Warren Dorn for the opportunity to be a part of this project.

Please let us know how CCB can assist you with your next project!

Hilton Garden Inn- Liberty Park

Technology has quickly taken over our daily lives. We are connected to everything through some form of mobile device. Without these devices ours days would screech to a halt. The problem with this is that battery life doesn’t always last as long as we need them to causing a need to plug-in at various times throughout the day. This has caused a rise in the need for seating projects that call for accommodations for places to plug-in.

This week we are featuring seating produced for Hilton Garden Inn – Liberty Park located in Birmingham, AL. Two styles of seating were produced for this project with cutouts to create access for electrical outlets.

Style 1- Custom:

  • “L” shaped lounge style seating w/ electrical cutouts by CCB

(Electrical outlets to be installed by others on site in the wood arm end panels)

  • Low back with loose bolster pillows
  • Track arms
  • Square wood legs

Style 2 – CCB’s “Designer Special” – Modified:

  • Long banquette/ wall bench with wood veneer sections w/ electrical cutouts by CCB

(Electrical outlets to be installed by others in veneer dividers)

  • Plain uph ISB w/ roll over top and end details
  • 1 piece “Big Seat”
  • Enclosed stained wood base (w/ custom stain color on both styles)

We would like to say Thank You to Peggy Dye & Associates for providing Hilton Garden Inn’s customers the opportunity to stay “plugged in” and for the opportunity to be a part of this project. We would also like to say Thank You to our CCB Sales Representative, Jeff Wells.

Let us know how we can help assist you with our next seating project.

Black Point- Seafood, Steakhouse, & Sushi Restaurant

This week we are looking at Black Point – Seafood, Steakhouse, & Sushi Restaurant, which is located in Columbus, OH. This project uses 4 distinct seating styles that are different in function and form.

You will notice this project includes CCB’s Designer Special Series with a diamond tufted ISB detail. Also included are 3 types of custom shaped upholstered arm/end panels that create dividers between dining guests.

Notice the seating shapes as well, creating linear, 90-degree angles and radius configurations. The different types of enclosed bases verses the use of wooden legs also helps to make each piece stand out on it’s own.

We would like to thank Design Collaborative as well as our CCB Sales Representatives, Jay Dickinson and Warren Dorn for the opportunity to be a part of this project.

CCB hopes that this feature will inspire you and let us know if we can assist you in seating styles for your next project.

The White House Hotel

This week we are featuring seating designed for the White House Hotel in Biloxi, MS. The hotel dates back to the 1890’s and was the home of Attorney Walter and his wife Cora White. The White’s home became a hotel after the White’s began accepting boarders.

CCB created a winding wall bench that accommodates seating on both sides. A natural element is brought to the bench with a planter that is integrated in the middle. Shaped banquettes at the ends of the winding bench create seating areas for 2 more guests each.

CCB also created “L” shaped banquettes that line the spaces that are enclosed in draperies and decorative partitions. These spaces bring a feeling of comfort and ease.

We would like to thank Hospitality Furnishings & Design, Inc., as well as our CCB Sales Representatives, Jay Dickinson & Warren Dorn for the opportunity to be part of this project.

Thanks for reading and we hope you find this project inspirational for your next seating project.  Check back often to see what we feature next.
