It’s All in the Details- New Privacy Risers & CCB Delivery

Have you seen our New Literature and New Website that was introduced earlier this year?

We have a huge new offering of styles including “Privacy Risers” that can be added to the tops of our booths. These New Risers include wood routed patterns (geometric, herringbone, etc.), galvanized metal, and metal rods.

A great way to take some of our classic seating styles and add a functional and design element.

We have recently produced booths for two La Cocina Restaurants inCCB’s “Standard” Series with a custom wood routed pattern on a privacy riser for their locations in Burlington and Clayton, NC. These risers have a triangular pattern which we programmed into our CNC machines. The patterns had to be adjusted to work with the 4 lengths of booths being produced in singles and doubles………… precision, precision, precision.

The privacy risers were finished in a custom stain color.

These 2 projects were ordered with our CCB Delivery Service which we believe is key to getting your order to it’s finally destination damage free.

Privacy risers are all assembled and inspected prior to going to our shipping department.  Some may ship attached, it depends on the riser design, attachment, and/ or method of booth shipment.

See an example of the risers packaged to ship to La Cocina for our Delivery Team to assemble on site.  We take the time to point this out because we think this is an important detail to the success of producing your order from start to finish.

Thank you to Jacobi Lewis Co. and our CCB Sales Representative, Quinton Macon for the opportunity to be a part of these 2 projects.

Why? Because we take pride in the product we produce for you and your customers and every detail counts.

Frisch’s – Classic Style

The greatest compliment that we can receive is long term relationships, repeat orders with our customers and their customers.

CCB has been working with FG Schaefer Co. (Food Service Equipment Consulting and Design) since our early days nearly 15 years ago.  We have been producing booths for FG Schaefer’s customer Frisch’s Big Boy for close to 12 of those years.

During that time we have seen the evolution of their brand that has been around since 1947. Their booth style has still remained classic, just like their time honored recipes and menu items.

CCB’s “Standard” Series is an essential building block to booth design.  The “Standard” is CCB’s “Shop Special” Series with a crumb detail added behind the seat.  These are 2 of the very styles that CCB was built from and are still available today.  Our all upholstered booths can be produced quickly, if time is of the essence!  Our CCB “Designer Special” also used by FG Schaefer and Frisch’s is another style essential.

Just a reminder not to overlook the basics! Tried and true.

Thank you to FG Schaefer for their continued support of CCB and manufacturing in the USA!

Let us know how we can help build lasting relationships with you and your customers.  A potential recipe for success!

Introducing “Olde Barn” Table Tops- New from CCB!

(Ruby Ann- Product Model, CCB Mascot, & “Top Dog”)

Introducing CCB’s Brand New…….

“Old Barn” Series

1.75″ Random Plank Solid Poplar Wood Table Tops

The attraction to natural materials, textures, aged finishes and surfaces continues to be strong in today’s market. Whether used to achieve reclaimed, vintage, or rustic looks or to create high contrast with sleek new modern decor, CCB is excited to introduce another New Table Collection to address the design world.

Weathered and distressed products have a functional aspect when used in commercial and hospitality spaces. They can look even more authentic and worn over time with daily use.

CCB’s “Olde Barn” Series is constructed out of random width and varying thicknesses of solid Poplar wood planks including natural saw and planar markings to result in slightly uneven surfaces to create the illusion of product produced out of “reclaimed” materials such as aged wood pallets or rough barn siding.

Please contact your CCB Sales Representative to see their sales panel in person.

We hope that this gives you one more reason to support “Manufacturing in the USA!”

(Standard in “Olde Barn” Distressing.

Recommended in CCB’s “Vintage” Stain Finish as shown*.)

There will be variation in each wood top due to the individual & natural characteristics of each wood plank.

*Custom to match stains not available. Vast shades of color variation will occur.

“What do America’s Publishing History & CCB Product have in common?”

Norman Rockwell was discovered at the age of 22 by an editor of “The Saturday Evening Post.”  Rockwell’s illustrations of American Lifestylegraced more than 300 covers during his career with The Post.

“The Saturday Evening Post” and “The Ladies Home Journal” are 2 of the most well known publications of the Curtis Publishing Company.

The Philadelphia, PA historic home of The Curtis Publishing Company built in 1910 has been renovated to become a high end apartment community called Lyndon at the Curtis.  As a part of the renovation, a CCB custom banquette was incorporated into a communal lounge.

The Things Legends are Made of…….

CCB has made it to Hollywood for the second time!  (First time in the Nicholas Spark’s book made into a movie “The Longest Ride.”)

CCB’s “Standard” Series booth with vertical upholstered channels added to the inside back makes quite a statement at Pink’s Hot Dogs in Camarillo, CA, a now Hollywood legend in hot dogs that was started in 1939 with a push cart.

For these channeled booths it takes quite a bit of precision. Each of the alternating color upholstery materials are sewn together and then channeled to achieve this look. And don’t forget the patterning required to have balance and symmetry with the colors on each piece. We are proud of our CCB team for the results!

Thank you to Benchmark Design Group for the opportunity to be a part of this project and to have celebrity occupants use our seating.

You never know what types of projects you might see CCB product on next!

Craftsmanship & Artistry – Canon & Draw Brewing Co.

We love to share projects where the end user has the same philosophy as CCB.

Canon & Draw Brewing Co. located in Richmond, VA in the historic fan district prides itself on the “craftsmanship and artistry” of their beers. They have created an environment for their customers to pause and savor life.
At CCB, we pride ourselves in crafting our handmade products in the USA for the enjoyment and longevity of use by others.  We have our own building blocks and just like the basis of craft beers that we use to re-invent and create product for each new project.
For this project the CCB “Shop Special” was the basis with a few custom options to create this look.
