CCB is proud to introduce a new line of Commercial Protective Equipment.

Our Sneeze Guards and Protective Barriers are “Made in the USA” with the goal to provide employees and customers with a new layer of safety whether it be in a restaurant, in an office break room, a retail space, a hotel, or another hospitality space.

Each shield comes with 1 PVC panel (1/4″ thickness) and 2 stands or HEAVY DUTY brackets which are easily assembled prior to use.  Our tabletop units are quick and easy to remove for cleaning and to relocate by using a hand turned knob.

CCB’s Soft Seating- Getting Suited up at Men’s Warehouse

Men’s Warehouse is known for suits and formal wear for weddings and proms, but they also have an array of casual men’s clothing.     Did you know that this company came from small beginnings?

George Zimmerman worked for 6 months in his father’s coat business in 1971 and then later in 1973 opened the first Men’s Warehouse with his college roommates.  In 1975, they broadcast their first television commercial.  Now 47 years later, Men’s Warehouse has over 700+ stores nationwide and a long history of George Zimmerman commercials.

CCB has just produced soft seating to be used for Men’s Warehouse locations. The first of which shipped to Shenandoah, TX.

Seating – Living, Common Areas, & Dining at The Phoenix

At CCB “We are More than Just Restaurant Booths.”

Take a look at seating produced for 3 areas of The Phoenix Senior Living Community located in Delray Beach, FL.

A large “L” shaped sectional piece was constructed with track arms, tight uph back and seat, & with low square wood legs. This piece allows for maximized seating in a living room area for TV viewing or for residents to visit.

A large accent seating piece (A CCB “Top Hat” – modified) was produced to be used in a common area. This piece allows for seating all the way around. It was constructed to have a wood filler scribe-ed to a column by others once on site and to have “arms” to divide the unit into sections.

CCB’sDesigner Special“- modified was used as the basis for a long wall banquette in a dining area. Wood legs and a recessed wood base were added.

Thank you to Studio Six 5 and our CCB Sales Representative, Dee Dee Torres for the opportunity to be a part of this project and to share examples that illustrate that……

“Lighten Up”- For this Furniture Trend

Did you know that the trend towards using lighter colored wood finishes is transitioning more over to commercial and hospitality furnishings?

This look has been greatly influenced by the popularity of “Scandinavian Modern” looks marketed by Ikea and other companies that have tapped into simplicity, minimalism, and functionality.

Lighter wood finishes not only provide a neutral look, they allow for the natural grain of the wood to be emphasized, and  ultimately they show less scratching and wear over time.

Here are 2 CCB projects that are examples of “Lightening It Up”  with stain finishes.

From Hardware to Dinnerware at The Westendorff

This week we are featuring seating produced for The Westendorff in Charleston, SC.  The historic site of this new restaurant was the location of a hardware store owned by the Westendorff family for over 100 years.

It seems quite fitting that CCB’s Multi Species Wood Table Tops were utilized with CCB’s Vintage finish with heavy “Farmhouse” distressing to create a re-claimed look to match this historic structure.

Our table tops were paired with banquette seating in

CCB’s “Charlotte” series with a couple of modifications.

* Custom height & depth

* Addition of wood top caps & end panels (also in CCB’s Vintage finish)

Thank you to Berlin’s Restaurant Equipment Supply, Inc. and our CCB Sales Representative, Quinton Macon for the opportunity to be a part of this project.

Let us know how we can assist you with your next project.

Jekyll’s Kitchen

In 2013, a fire destroyed Jekyll’s Kitchen nestled in the Chagrin River basin and located in Chagrin Falls, OH.  This dining landmark required a complete re-build.

CCB’s “Designer Special” Series was modified for this project to include a vertical channeled ISB (inside back) detail. (Last week we featured CCB’s “Shop Special” Series with vertical uph channels.  It seems that this uph detail is gaining popularity!)

We are proud to see this modern seating incorporated into this re-launch of Jekyll’s Kitchen in it’s dramatic setting.

Thank you to Hyde Park Restaurant Group and CCB’s Sales Representatives, Jay Dickinson and Warren Dorn for providing CCB with the opportunity to be a part of this project.

Let us know how we can assist in your next seating project.
